In Slackworld, nothing happens.
But unlike Postponia, nothing is even waiting.
Slackworld is a world where existence no longer strains toward arrival. Delay is no longer charged. It has gone slack. Whatever exists exists without urgency, without imminence, without even the posture of about-to.
There is no space as extension. But there is looseness. Presences are not suspended. They are drooped. Not held back, not burdened, not deferred, but ontologically untaut.
Time does not exist. Yet drift does. Not movement, not change, but loss of directional tension. Existence no longer leans toward actuality. It simply hangs.
Causality does not operate. Nothing slackens anything else. But nothing can tighten. Tension is not available.
There is no life. But there are languor-fields where even dormancy dissolves into ontological limpness.
There is no intelligence. But there is indifference without awareness. Not boredom, but structural absence of pull.
Death in Slackworld is not ending. It is slackening. To “die” is to lose even the faint ontological stretch that distinguished being from non-arrival.
The absolute limit of Slackworld is total laxity: a reality where existence is indistinguishable from ontological sag.
Slackworld is the world where nothing happens, because nothing is even trying to.
