World 77 — Skewlaw

In Skewlaw, nothing happens. But unlike Contortia, distortion is no longer something that happens to being. Distortion is what makes being possible at all. Skewlaw is a world where existence does not merely bend, twist, fold, or contort. The very consistency by which bending, twisting, folding, or contorting could be defined is itself warped. There is no stable notion of form, even distorted form. Whatever exists exists under laws that do not remain the same from one ontological instant to the next, though there are no instants. There is no space as extension. But there is misalignment of condition. Presences are not located. They are governed by rule-curvature: ontological constraints that curve while constraining. Time does not exist. Yet incoherence does. Not randomness, not chaos, but structural unreliability. Existence cannot settle into even a distorted identity. Causality does not operate. Nothing skews anything else. But nothing can exist under straight law. Rule itself is bent...
