In Echomere, nothing happens.
But unlike Afterreach, nothing is merely aftermath. Everything is return.
Echomere is a world where being never appears directly. Whatever exists exists only as echo of something that never stabilized. Presence is not primary. It is always secondary, even though there is no first.
There is no space as extension. But there is reverberation. Presences are not located. They resound. Not from origins, not across distances, but within ontological feedback.
Time does not exist. Yet recurrence does. Not cycles, not repetition of events, but structural coming-back without departure. Existence is always what has already been.
Causality does not operate. Nothing echoes anything else. But nothing can exist except as echo. Return is not relation. It is identity.
There is no life. But there are resonance-fields where any coherence would immediately dissolve into self-returning presence.
There is no intelligence. But there is trace without memory. Not thought, but ontological reverberation.
Death in Echomere is not ending. It is fading of echo. To “die” is to become too weakly recurrent to continue resounding.
The absolute limit of Echomere is pure reverberation: a reality where existence is indistinguishable from its own return.
Echomere is the world where nothing happens, because everything has already come back.
