In Formalis, nothing happens.
But unlike Differon, nothing even differs.
Formalis is a world where existence no longer appears as thing, relation, condition, reference, or distinction. Whatever exists exists only as formality: not form of something, not structure of anything, but the bare fact of “having-form” detached from all form.
There is no space as extension. But there is articulation. Presences are not located. They are articulated without anything articulated.
Time does not exist. Yet schematism does. Not order, not process, but the bare posture of structuring without anything structured.
Causality does not operate. Nothing gives form to anything else. But nothing can exist without formality. Structure is primitive even when nothing is structured.
There is no life. But there are schema-fields where even emptiness has lost its emptiness and persists only as articulation.
There is no intelligence. But there is pattern without knower. Not meaning, but ontological formatting.
Death in Formalis is not ending. It is informalization. To “die” is to lose even the last articulation that allowed existence to posture as structured.
The absolute limit of Formalis is pure formality: a reality where existence is indistinguishable from the fact that something could be structured.
Formalis is the world where nothing happens, because only structure remains and nothing to structure.
